The San Francisco County Transportation Authority (Transportation Authority) is requesting proposals from qualified respondents (proposers) for consultant services for the Pennsylvania Avenue Extension Bridging Study.
Questions are due by November 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Questions may be submitted by email to info@sfcta.org, please include "RFP 25/26-02 PAX Bridging Study" in the subject line. The Transportation Authority's responses will be posted to www.sfcta.org/contracting by November 20, 2025.
