1455 Market Street, 22nd Floor

We need to reduce car trips downtown by at least 15% in order to get traffic moving and achieve goals around clean air, vision zero, and transportation equity. What policy options has the city implemented or considered to reduce driving trips and encourage people to travel in other ways? How effective have they been and why have various city, regional, and state plans called for congestion pricing? This session will include brief presentations from policy experts as well as Q&A.

This event is a voluntary information session for members of the Downtown Congestion Pricing Study Policy Advisory Committee. Information sessions are open to the public.
