Templates for Draft 2023 5YPPs
For each Prop L category we are providing templates for sponsors to use:
- Program of Projects (POP) Templates for each EP Program, including 2023 Prop L Strategic Plan Baseline amounts by fiscal year.
- View a blank POP Template (Excel) not specific to any EP Program with no 2023 Prop L Strategic Plan Baseline amounts by fiscal year
- Prioritization Criteria Scoring Tables for each EP Program (coming soon).
- Project Information Form (PIF) template for all EP Programs. The file name for each PIF submitted should include the EP Program, sponsor agency, and project title as follows: “EPXX Sponsor Project Title PIF”. Sponsors must fill out all 3 tabs for each programming request: Scope & Schedule; Cost & Funding; and Supplemental Info.
