Remote Access to Information and Participation

This meeting will be held remotely and will allow for remote public comment pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, which amended the Brown Act to include Government Code Section 54953(e) and empowers local legislative bodies to convene by teleconferencing technology during a proclaimed state of emergency under the State Emergency Services Act so long as certain conditions are met.

  1. Community Advisory Committee Vacancy - INFORMATION
    The Board will consider recommending appointment of one member to the Community Advisory Committee (CAC) at a future meeting. The vacancy is the result of the term expiration of Stephanie Liu (District 5 representative). Neither staff nor CAC members make recommendations regarding CAC appointments. CAC applications can be submitted through the Transportation Authority’s website at www.sfcta.org/cac.
  2. Accept the Audit Report for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2021 – INFORMATION*
    The Transportation Authority Board is anticipated to accept the audit report on its final read at the January 25, 2022 Board meeting. The audit report is included on the CAC agenda for reference.
