Notice is hereby given that the San Francisco County Transportation Authority (the Authority) is inviting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consultant firms interested in providing on-call project management and oversight services. This contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years, with three 1-year options to renew. Consultants responding to this RFQ are expected to submit a Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) that responds to the specific scope of services described in Section III of this RFQ. The process, terms and conditions, must be in strict accordance with the requirements and guidance contained in this RFQ. A pre-response conference will be held on May 21, 2008, at 2 p.m. at the Authority's offices. Interviews will be scheduled for June 18, 2008. Questions may be submitted in writing on or before May 22, 2008, at 5 p.m. by mail, fax, or e-mail to the attention of David Murray (fax 415.522.4829, e-mail ). The answers to questions will be made available on the Authority's website (www.sfcta.org) by May 23, 2008. Any addenda to the RFQ will also be made available on the Authority's website, prior to the proposal due date. By June 6, 2008 at 2 p.m., an unbound original and five (5) copies of your complete SOQ, including all information herein requested, must be delivered to the Authority's offices at the following address: San Francisco County Transportation Authority Please clearly specify on the sealed envelope: "Response to RFQ 07/08-01 for On-Call Project Management and Oversight Services." All proposals must be in writing, sealed, identified at to content as indicated above, and be received by the due date. Responses received later than the above date and time will be rejected and returned to the respondent unopened. Cost proposals must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope labeled "Cost Proposal for On-Call Project Management and Oversight Services RFQ 07/08-01" and must be submitted along with SOQ.
