Request for Proposals for Professional Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel Services
The San Francisco County Transportation Authority is inviting proposals to this Request for Proposals (RFP 10/11-02) from interested firms for professional bond counsel and disclosure counsel services in connection with the issuance, sale, and delivery of bonds and/or other forms of debt financing. The proposal must respond to the specific scope of services described in Section III of the RFP. Proposals are due by Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Although a pre-proposal conference will not be held, you are welcome to submit written questions to request clarification about any aspect of this procurement by mail, fax, or e-mail to the attention of Lily Chau (fax 415.522.4829, email ) by Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. The answers to questions and addenda will be made available on the Authority’s website by Thursday, August 12, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. Re-issuance of Request for Proposals to Provide Audit Services for a Limited Scope Management Performance Audit of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, Phase IIOn behalf of the City and County of San Francisco Board of Supervisors, the San Francisco County Transportation Authority is inviting proposals to this Request for Proposals (RFP 10/11-03) from interested firms for audit services to conduct a management performance audit of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA). The BOS has asked the Authority, in its capacity as the Prop K sales tax administrator, to lead the effort to initiate Phase II of the management performance audit of the MTA because the Authority devotes a significant portion of Prop K allocations to capital projects to be delivered by the MTA. Under the direction of the BOS, the Authority will fund and administer the audit contract. The scope of the audit was developed with guidance from the BOS. Proposals must respond to the specific scope of services described in Section III of this RFP.
