Transportation Fund for Clean Air

Making a Difference with Small Projects

The Authority is the designated TFCA Program Manager for San Francisco. In that capacity, it programs close to $1 million every year to bicycle, pedestrian and other transportation projects that help clean up the air by reducing motor vehicle emissions. The Authority also provides assistance to project sponsors in applying regional TFCA funds, programmed directly by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
