Adopted by the Authority Board in May and June 2005, updated by Authority staff to include subsequent amendments March 2007. Because the 5YPPs were intended to be flexible enough to adapt to outside factors that change project prioritization such as discretionary grant awards and unforeseeable cost increases in ongoing projects, some of the 5YPP project lists (i.e., Program of Projects) have been amended. The most up-to-date project lists, including cash flow assumptions are listed under each major heading shown below. Project lists reflect Prop K funding only - for projects that leverage non-Prop K funds, please see the associated 5YPPs and allocations to-date for full funding plans.
