The purpose of this 2-hour session is to attempt to reach agreement on the remaining sub-categories that are part of the proposed EP structure, as well as on specific funding percentages and amounts. We propose to achieve this by working with the one-page Expenditure Plan Summary table and the draft Expenditure Plan Language document. The EP Language document reflects the necessary information about eligibility for funding under each of the categories and subcategories. The language also includes all of the initial staff recommendations from the policy issue discussion papers pertaining to programmatic categories. The discussion materials for this agenda item were provided to the EPAC as part of the May 20th Agenda packet. Additional materials are provided that address comments received since the May 20th meeting.
