Status Update on MTA's Transit Effectiveness Project – INFORMATION Chairman McGoldrick requested an update on the Transit Effectiveness Project (TEP). Started in Spring 2006, the TEP is a high-profile 18-month joint effort to conduct a comprehensive review of the current MTA (Muni) transit system and to recommend measures to make service more attractive to the public and more economical to operate. The TEP will strengthen the MTA's ability to respond to current travel needs, provide a blueprint for future service expansion, allow the MTA to apply industry best practices to service delivery, and promote the MTA's long-term financial stability. 23. Update on the West Approach of Bay Bridge Project – INFORMATION Other Items 24.
