(Open until an adequate pool of qualified candidates is assembled) Description:Transportation Planner - Studies is the entry level of the Transportation Planner series. Under supervision of the Deputy Director for Planning, assists with transportation planning, policy and corridor studies. Duties include project management, technical analyses, research, report writing and public outreach. Requirements:
Completion of a graduate degree in an appropriate discipline such as transportation planning or civil engineering; and one year of experience in transportation planning, design and/or policy analysis. Knowledge of GIS and other database methods (preferably ArcView) is desirable. Annual Compensation Range:
$64,180 - $86,650 (Dependent On Experience), plus excellent benefits.
