FOCUS, short for the Focusing Our Vision program, is an MTC and ABAG-led regional planning initiative to support/encourage bay area cities/counties that are planning for transit oriented growth, or "priority development areas" (PDAs). The Transportation Authority, Mayor's Office of Housing, MTA, and Planning Department are coordinating San Francisco's application for PDA designation.
