This meeting will be held in person at the location listed above.  As authorized by California Government Code Section 54953(e), it is possible that some members of the San Francisco County Transportation Authority Board may attend this meeting remotely.     [CLOSED SESSION] Evaluate Public Employee Performance and Recommend Approval of the Executive Director’s Performance Objectives for 2023 — ACTION
    The Transportation Authority will hold a closed session under California Government Code 54957 concerning the evaluation of the performance of the Executive Director.
    OPEN SESSION: After the closed session, the Chair shall report the vote taken on motion(s) made in the closed session, if any.
  4. Recommend Adoption of the Revised Salary Structure, Amendment of the Existing Employment Agreement, and Setting the Annual Compensation for the Executive Director for 2023 — ACTION
    Per the Administrative Code, the Transportation Authority shall fix the compensation of the Executive Director. The Personnel Committee will consider the Executive Director’s performance, recommend adoption of the revised salary structure, recommend amendment of the existing employment agreement, and recommend the Executive Director’s compensation for 2023.
